Built in 1884, the residence is today one of the most prestigious hotels in the Venetian region. The villa has been completely restored and refurbished and patient work has returned it to its original splendour. The air-conditioned business hotel offers 10 rooms in total, and facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception, a TV lounge, and a bar and restaurant. Guests may also make use of the conference facilities, room and laundry services (fees apply to both) and a car park.

The hotel's guest rooms are furnished in a Venetian style and equipped with an en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer, a double or king-size bed, and some of them have a view of the centuries-old park through a wide terrace or tiny balcony. Other in-room amenities include a TV, fridge, safe, direct dial telephone, Internet access, washing machine and air conditioning.

A continental breakfast buffet is served each morning and à la carte options are available for lunch and dinner.

By car from Milano-Bologna: take the A4 Autostrada and exit for Dolo-Mirano, then follow signs to Mira-Dolo. Once in the centre of Dolo, go straight on and after 1 km the hotel is on the left-hand side. By train: from Santa Lucia train station, cross the Degli Scalzi bridge (in front of the station) and keep walking straight for 2 minutes to Piazzale Roma. Here, buy a bus ticket for Dolo and catch the bus marked Dolo or Padova. It leaves from the Corsia C4 bus stop. Ask the driver for the closest bus stop to the hotel.
