Renovated in 2005, this hotel comprises a total of 117 rooms, including two apartments, spread across eight floors. The lobby offers a 24- hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom and four lifts. Further facilities include a typical British pub, a club room with bar and music, a lobby lounge (which serves snacks), a café (food and snacks 24 hours a day), a selection of shops, a nightclub, and a restaurant with highchairs available for children. Guests may also take advantage of the public Internet connection, the room and laundry services, the medical assistance, the bicycle hire and storage room, the children's play area, and both parking spaces and a garage for those arriving by car.

The rooms and apartments all come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, and an Internet connection. In addition, a minibar/ fridge, an iron and ironing board, a double or king-size bed, carpeting, centrally regulated or individually adjustable air conditioning, a hire safe, and either a balcony or terrace are also provided in all accommodation units as standard. Some balconies overlook the street.

All meals are served in the Gondole restaurant, including an international breakfast buffet and an à la carte menu for lunch and dinner. An additional lunchtime buffet is also available.
