The hotel yard naturally blends into the town park providing a

all set in the beauty and fresh air of the Pirin Mountains. This
ski hotel has 27 double rooms, 18 luxurious double rooms, 11 family
rooms, 8 suites, 7 deluxe suites and a St. Valentine suite. It is
air-conditioned and has a lobby with 24-hour reception, a safe,
currency exchange facility, cloakroom, lift access, shop, bar and
dining facilities, WLAN access, kids' club and parking facilities.

Rooms
Minibar, safe, direct dial telephone with voicemail, high speed
Internet access, sound system with various music channels and radio
stations, info star interactive hotel system, 21"" satellite TV,
individually adjustable central heating/ air conditioning system
come as standard in all the rooms. Heating/air-conditioning is
provided by geothermal pumps ensuring smooth maintenance of desired
temperatures and water within the hotel. En suite bathroom,
hairdryer, non-contact card lock and fire alarm system also
feature. Double rooms come with two individual beds and an optional
bedroom. Connecting rooms are also available to meet the needs of
families with children. Family rooms and suites consist of two
separate rooms and an individual WC. The luxurious suites come
equipped with a bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower cabinet, as well
as a living room with fireplace.
Restaurant & Food
The main restaurant of the hotel offers a quiet and cosy
atmosphere, with its staff willing and ready to satisfy the needs
of even the most sophisticated and refined diner. Dining is à la
carte and at block tables. It has seating for up to 120 people as
well as a garden in summer with a further 50 seats. It is located
on the first floor opposite the reception desk and is open daily
from 8:00 am to 11 pm. There is also an Ethno-tavern and wine
cellar which is not to be missed. It combines an ethnic tavern of
old Bansko design with many modern features. On offer is a choice
of national and European cuisines. The tavern wine-cellar offers a
rich selection of fine wines which may be tasted in advance. For
added pleasure there is a gentle music accompaniment provided. The
tavern hosts a number of original folklore and singer groups during
various events. It has a seating capacity for up to 100 people. It
is located on the basement level and is open from 7 pm to 4 am.
Activities & Sport
The spa centre offers a warm-water swimming pool with Jacuzzi and
bar, vapour baths, steam baths, aromatic oil massages along with
other treatments and therapies intended to revive both body and
soul after a long day in the mountains. This is available all year
round. There is also a gym where guests can work out. Table tennis
is also available.
Comments
For skiers and snowboarders there is complimentary transport
provided to the cabin lift. There is a ski wardrobe with a drying
stand and anti-bacterial system for ski boots also provided.
