This pleasant hotel is located on the outskirts of Como just 2 km from the historical centre of the city. The lakeside promenade is about 300 m away and the beach and bathing area are 2 km from the hotel. Links to the public transport network are a mere kilometre away.

A very nice property, for comforts and service. On the top floor there is a terrace and a solarium area , open only in summer time.
Exterior: Modern construction typical of the 80's with side entrance and car parking space.
Lobby: The lobby is a large rectangular area, with a wooden reception desk in front of the entrance and a spacious seating area. Some green plants are placed to refresh the room.

Rooms
Rooms are generally of a good size, some rooms are very spacious but single rooms are smaller. They are modernly furnished and decorated in light pastel. Equipped to very good standards, they are overall very pleasant.

Restaurant & Food
Guests may select their breakfast from an ample buffet. The restaurant situated on the ground floor offers a selection of local and regional dishes. The roof top terrace grill restaurant offers grilled meat and seafood specialties.

Activities & Sport
A swimming pool is to be found in the outdoor complex on the roof terrace of the hotel.

From Milan Malpensa airport: take A8 motorway towards Legnano then take A9 motorway towards Como, exit on the Como Sud junction, follow signs for Como city centre, stay on main road until you reach the hotel signs.
